Architectural Committee (ARC)

Chadwyck Farms is governed by certain rules and regulations. All modifications to the exterior of your property are required to be approved by the Architectural Committee (ARC)

Common requests that will require ARC approval include (but not limited to) the following:

• Fence installations

• Pool construction

• Exterior additions

• Decks / Firepits

• Driveways

• Basketball hoops / Playgrounds

• Exterior Paint or Shutters

If a homeowner would like to submit an ARC request, please submit the below information in the “ARC Request” details section of the below form. The HOA will be in contact for next steps, including requesting any additional information needed about the project.

Please include:
1. Brief description of the request

2. Specifications (dimensions, materials)

3. Timing (proposed start/end dates)

4. Any special considerations or impact to neighbors

NOTE: Additional information may be requested by the Board via e-mail, such as drawings, surveys, and copies of permits upon submission of this e-form. The Board may also request a visual inspection prior to the project. Construction should not begin until the application is approved. Application will be valid for 6 months. The Board has the right to request additional information as needed to make an informed decision. The Board has the right to inspect the project once completed.
